What is AEPS and how does it work?
AEPS (Aadhaar-enabled Payment System) is an RBI-approved payment platform that uses your
Aadhaar number and fingerprint biometric to perform banking transactions such as cash withdrawal, cash
deposit, balance enquiry, and mini statement — without needing an ATM card. Customers simply provide their
Aadhaar number and authenticate with their fingerprint.
Which mobile operators are supported for recharge?
We support all major Indian telecom operators including Jio, Airtel, Vodafone Idea (Vi),
BSNL, and MTNL for both prepaid and postpaid mobile plans. DTH providers like Tata Sky (Tata Play), Dish TV,
Sun Direct, and Videocon D2H are also fully supported across all circles.
How quickly is a money transfer processed?
Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) transactions use real-time IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) and
are typically credited to the beneficiary's bank account within 30 seconds. Transactions are available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. You can send up to ₹25,000 per transaction.
How do I register as a retailer or distributor?
Registration is simple and free! Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in
your personal and business details, verify your mobile number via OTP, and your account will be activated
within minutes. You can then add wallet balance and start transacting immediately. No technical knowledge is
required.
What bill payment services are available?
Our platform is integrated with BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) enabling payments for
electricity, water, piped gas, broadband internet, LPG gas, insurance premiums, education fees, municipality
taxes, credit card bills and more. We support over 200+ billers across all states in India.
Is my money and data safe on this platform?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and follow RBI-mandated
security standards. Your wallet funds are held in an escrow account with a scheduled bank. All transactions
are logged with tamper-proof audit trails. We also offer two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your
account from unauthorized access.
What commission do I earn as a retailer?
Commission rates vary by service type and transaction volume. Retailers typically earn
between 0.25% to 1.5% on money transfers, flat commissions on mobile and DTH recharge, and per-transaction
commissions on AEPS and bill payments. Distributors earn an additional override on their retailer network.

What should I do if a transaction fails or is pending?
In most cases, your wallet balance is automatically refunded within 5–10 minutes for failed
transactions. For transactions that remain in "pending" status for more than 30 minutes, please contact our
24/7 support team with the Transaction Reference ID. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue typically
within 2–4 working hours.
